      46-254.   Opinions; effect of compliance with opinion; filing,publication and disposition.The commission upon its own initiative may, and upon the request of anyindividual to which this act applies shall, render an opinion in writing onquestions concerning the interpretation of this act. Any person who acts inaccordance with the provisions of such an opinion, shall be presumed tohave complied with the provisions of this act. A copy of every opinionrendered by the commission shall be filed with the secretary of state, andany opinion so filed shall be open to public inspection. The secretary ofstate shall publish all opinions rendered under this section monthly andeach such publication shall be cumulative. Copies of each opinion shall befiled with the secretary of the senate and the chief clerk of the house onthe same date as the same are filed with the secretary of state. Thesecretary of state shall cause adequate copies of all filings under thissection to be supplied to the state library.
