      46-262.   Statement of commission's findings of facts after hearing;disposition.After a hearing of an alleged violation of this act, the commissionshall state its findings of fact. If the commission finds that therespondent has not violated any provisions of this act, it shall orderthe action dismissed, and shall notify the respondent and complainantthereof. If the commission finds that the respondent has violated anyprovisions of this act, it shall state its findings of fact and submit areport thereon to the house in which the respondent serves if he or sheis a legislator, to the legislative coordinating council if he or she isa state officer or employee of the legislative branch other than alegislator, to the supreme court if he or she is a state officer oremployee of the judicial branch, and to the governor in other cases,send a copy of such findings and report to the complainant andrespondent, and the commission shall also report thereon, except any actwhich is a violation of K.S.A. 1974 Supp. 46-245 only to the attorneygeneral and to the county or district attorney of the appropriatecounty.
