Article 4.--INTERSTATE COOPERATION COMMISSION

      46-407.   Establishment of delegations and committees; rules; advisoryboards.The commission may establish such delegations and committees as it deemsnecessary and advisable to perform the duties and functions required underthe provisions of this act. Subject to the approval of the commission, themember or members of each such delegation or committee shall be appointedby the chairman of the commission, except as otherwise provided by law.State officials or employees who are not members of the commission oninterstate cooperation may be appointed as members of any such delegationor committee, but private citizens holding no governmental position in thisstate shall not be eligible except as delegates to the national conferenceof commissioners on uniform state laws. The commission may provide suchother rules as it considers appropriate concerning the membership and thefunctioning of any such delegation or committee. The commission may providefor advisory boards for itself and for its various delegations andcommittees, and may authorize private citizens to serve on such boards.
