47-1007. Report of sales; remittance.The dealer shall, promptly following the sale or exchange of anylivestock consigned or delivered to him, transmit or deliver to theproducer or consignor a true report of such sales showing the amount soldand the selling price. Remittance in full of the amount realized from suchsales, less the commission, if any, that the dealer is entitled to formaking such sale and other proper charges, shall accompany such writtenreport of sales.
