      47-669.   Accreditation of swine as being specific pathogen free;regulations and standards.Any person who seeks to obtain SPF accreditation for any swine, and anyperson who has obtained SPF accreditation for any swine, shall observe,perform and comply with all regulations and standards established by thecommissioner pertaining to SPF swine raised, or to be raised, in Kansas.The commissioner is authorized to accredit swine as being specific pathogenfree which have been inspected by the commissioner or his assistants oragents, and which have been found to be eligible for accreditation underthe regulations and standards adopted by the commissioner pertaining tospecific pathogen free swine. The commissioner is authorized to prescribeand adopt regulations and standards for SPF accreditation for swine.
