Chapter 48.--MILITIA, DEFENSE AND PUBLIC SAFETY
Article 2.--KANSAS ARMY AND AIR NATIONAL GUARD

      48-215.   Meetings of the state military board; compensation andallowances.The state military board shall meet as the adjutant generaldeems necessary, for the transaction of military business. A majorityof the board shall constitute a quorum for thetransaction of business. Members of the state military board attendingmeetings of such board, or attending a subcommittee meeting thereofauthorized by such board, shall be paid compensation, subsistenceallowances, mileage and other expenses as provided in K.S.A.75-3223 and amendments thereto.
