48-3009. Unlawful enlistment, appointment, or separation.Any person subject to this code who effects an enlistment or appointmentin or a separation from the state military forces of any person who isknown to that person to be ineligible for that enlistment, appointment, orseparation because it is prohibited by law, regulation, or order shall bepunished as a court-martial may direct.
