Article 9.--EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS FOR DISASTERS

      48-927.   State resources management plan.The division of emergency management shall prepare a stateresourcesmanagement plan to include such economic controls as may be reasonablynecessary to effectuate recovery from disasters. Such resources managementplan, or any part thereof, may be placed in effect by incorporating thesame in orders issued by the governor under subsection (b) of K.S.A.48-925, and amendments thereto.
