Article 1.--RESTRAINT OF TRADE

      50-115.   Recovery of damages by person injured by combination; exception.Except as provided in K.S.A. 12-205, and amendments thereto, any personinjured ordamaged by any sucharrangement, contract, agreement, trust or combination, described inK.S.A. 50-112 and 50-113, and amendments thereto, may sue for and recoverin any court of competent jurisdiction in this state, of any person, the fullconsideration or sum paid by such person for anygoods,wares, merchandise and articles included in or advanced or controlled inprice by such combination, or the full amount of money borrowed.
