Article 1.--RESTRAINT OF TRADE

      50-137.   Same; damages to persons injured by suchactions.In case any grain dealer or dealers or any person or persons subject to theprovisionsof this act, shall do or cause to be done or permit to be done any act,matter or thing in this act prohibited or declared to be unlawful, or shallomit to do any act, matter or thing in this act required to be done, suchgrain dealer or grain dealers or any other person or persons shall be liable tothe person orpersons injured thereby to the full amount of damages sustained inconsequence of any such violation of the provisions of this act, togetherwith reasonable attorney fees,to befixed by the court inevery case of recovery, which attorney fees shallbe taxed and collectedas a part of the costs in the case.
