      50-713.   Restrictions on investigative consumer reports.Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares an investigative consumerreport, no adverse information in the consumer report (other thaninformation which is a matter of public record) may be included in asubsequent consumer report unless such adverse information has beenverified in the process of making such subsequent consumer report, or theadverse information was received within the three-month period precedingthe date the subsequent report is furnished.
