      50-717.   Jurisdiction of courts; limitation of actions.An action to enforce any liability created under the provisions ofK.S.A. 50-701 to 50-722, inclusive, and amendments thereto, may be broughtin the district court of the county in which the controversy arose, withintwo years from the date on which the liability arises, except that where adefendant has materially and willfully misrepresented any informationrequired under the provisions of such sections of this act to be disclosedto an individual and the information so misrepresented is material to theestablishment of the defendant's liability to that individual under suchprovisions of this act, the action may be brought at any time within twoyears after discovery by the individual of the misrepresentation.
