55-104. Same; street lights to be turned off during day.All gaslights made through said "jumbo" burners enclosed in glass globesor lamps used in all public streets, and elsewhere outside of buildings,shall be turned off not later than eight o'clock in the morning each daysuch lights or burners are used, and the same shall not be lighted betweenthe hours of eight o'clock a.m. and five o'clock p.m.
