Article 1.--OIL AND GAS WELLS; REGULATORY PROVISIONS

      55-107.   Connections with gas mains, permission.That it shall be unlawful for any person to make or cause to be made anyconnection or reconnection with the gas mains or surface pipes of anyperson, company or corporation furnishing natural gas, or to turn on or offor in any manner interfere with any valve, stopcock or other appliancebelonging to such person, company or corporation and connected with itssurface or other pipes, or to alter or injure the orifice of mixers, or touse natural gas for heating purposes except through mixers, without firstprocuring from such person, company or corporation a written permit to turnon or off such stopcock or valve, or to make such connections orreconnections, or to alter or injure the orifice of mixers, or to interferewith the valves, stopcocks or other appliances of such person, company orcorporation, as the case may be.
