55-309. Penalties.Any person violating any of the foregoing provisions of this act, exceptthose for the violation of which penalties are especially prescribed, shallbe guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in asum of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundreddollars.
