Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS Article 5.--TRANSPORTATION AND SALE OF OILS AND LIQUID FUELS

      55-501.   Pipelines declared common carriers.All pipelines laid, built or maintained for the conveyance of crude oilwithin the state of Kansas are hereby declared to be common carriers, andsaid conveyance of said oil shall be in the manner and under therestrictions in this act provided.
