Article 5.--TRANSPORTATION AND SALE OF OILS AND LIQUID FUELS

      55-512.   Marking of vehicles; determinations of weight, measure orvolume of tanks; rules and regulations.Every vehicle used in transporting motor fuels subject to theprovisions of this act shall be marked in accordance with rules andregulations adopted by the secretary of revenue. Thesecretary of revenueshall adopt and enforce rules and regulations for the administration andenforcement of the provisions of this article.Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, all determinations of weight,measure or volume of any vehicle tank used in the transportation of motor fuelsshall be made in accordance with theprovisions of K.S.A.83-201 et seq., and amendments thereto, and the rules andregulations promulgated thereunder.
