      55-803.   "Interstate compact to conserve oil and gas" ratified.The "interstate compact to conserve oil and gas" entered into by therepresentatives of this state and the representatives of certain otheroil-producing states at Dallas, Texas, on the sixteenth day of February,1935, is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed by the state of Kansas.
