      55-903.   Reporting violations to the commission; prosecution.Any county or district attorney who finds thatthere is probable cause to believe that a violation of subsection (a) ofK.S.A. 55-904, and amendments thereto, has occurred shall immediatelynotify the state corporation commissionand shall also begin prosecution of the offender.
