Chapter 57.--PATENT RIGHTS AND COPYRIGHTS Article 2.--MUSICAL AND DRAMATIC-MUSICAL COMPOSITIONS

57-225. Remedies.Any person who suffers a violation of this act may bring an actionto recover actual damages and reasonable attorney fees, and seek an injunctionand any other available remedy.
