58-213. Proceeds of sale.The proceeds of such sale, after the payment of charges and the expensesof publication and sale, shall, if the owner be absent, be deposited withthe treasurer of the county where the sale takes place by the person makingsuch sale, he or she taking the treasurer's receipt therefor, and shallbe subject to the order of the person legally entitled thereto.
