      58-2255.   Validating certain defective and irregular guardians' deedsrecorded prior to March 2, 1888.Any and all deeds purported to have been executed or which have beenexecuted by guardians of an insane person which have been recorded in theoffice of the register of deeds in any county in the state of Kansaspurporting to convey any real estate shall be deemed to be validnotwithstanding any defects in execution, acknowledgment, certificate ofacknowledgment, recording, certificate of recording, or any defects in theproceedings in the district court for authority to execute such deed or anylack of authority from the district court for the execution and delivery ofsuch deed. This act shall not apply to any such deedwhich has not been recorded in the office of the register of deeds in thecounty in which the land is situated at least fifty years prior to thetaking effect of this act.
