      58-2268.   Same; penalties for violations.Every violation of any of the provisions of this act shall subject theperson, firm, partnership or corporation violating the same to a penalty ofnot to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) for each violation or byimprisonment not to exceed six (6) months in the county jail, or both, andany violation or violations in the name of a corporation shall subject thecorporation to a forfeiture of its charter.
