      58-2316.   Same; effect of removal; sale of buildings.The removal of any building, outhouse or shed from any realproperty upon which there is an unsatisfied mortgage properly recorded, asmentioned in the first section of this act, shall not destroy the lien ofsuch mortgage upon such removed property, and it shall be the duty of thecourt in any action brought to foreclose any mortgage, where it is shownthat the property from which said building, outhouse or shed has beenremoved is insufficient to satisfy such mortgage, to decree the sale ofsaid building, outhouse or shed, wherever the same may be located, insatisfaction of such mortgage: Provided, That the land from which saidbuilding, outhouse or shed was removed shall first be sold.
