58-2528. Same; contents of affidavit; proceedings.In an action to enforce a lien on crops for rent of farming lands, theaffidavit for an attachment shall state that there is due from thedefendant to the plaintiff a certain sum, naming it, for rent of farminglands, describing the same, and that the plaintiff claims a lien on thecrop made on such land. Upon making and filing such affidavit and executingan undertaking as prescribed in the preceding section, an order ofattachment shall issue as in other cases, and shall be levied on such crop,or so much thereof as may be necessary; and all other proceedings in suchattachment shall be the same as in other actions.
