      58-2532.   Terms of such contracts variant from approved rentalagreements.The foregoing lease conditions and requirements are variant from theordinary and generally used and approved rental agreements between landlordand tenant in the particulars above mentioned, are harsh, burdensome,oppressive and extortionate in their terms, and are entered into bynecessitous persons only because of the scarcity of other rental lands. Onaccount of the pledge of lien by the tenant to the landlord of the tenant'scrops, teams, and all his or her other property the tenant is deprived ofcredit with merchants and banks for the purchase of the comforts and conveniencesof ordinary farm life, his or her children deprived of educational advantages,and himself or herself and family kept impoverished in condition and estate.
