      58-3064.   Injunction to enforce law.Whenever any person has engaged in any act or practice that constitutesa violation of this act or rules and regulations adopted hereunder or thebrokerage relationships in real estate transactions act or rules andregulations adopted thereunder, the commission may institute an action in thedistrict court of the county inwhich the person resides or in the district court in the county in whichsuch act or practice occurred for an injunction to enforce compliance with theact or rules and regulations. The commission shall not be required to give anybond or pay any filing fee for initiating suchaction. Upon a showing that the person has engaged in any act or practicein violation of the act or rules and regulations, thecourt may enjoin all such acts or practices and may make any orders necessaryto conserve, protect and disburse any funds involved.
