      58-3205.   Same; application to lands leased to state or subdivision. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the provisions of K.S.A. 58-3203 and 58-3204shall be deemed applicable to theduties and liability of an owner of land leased to the state or anysubdivision thereof for recreational purposes.
