      58-3980.   United States savings bonds; claim for suchbonds.Any person making a claim for the United States savingsbondsescheated to the state under K.S.A. 58-3979, and amendments thereto,or for theproceeds from suchbonds, may file a claim in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 58-3934,et seq., and amendments thereto. Upon providing sufficient proof thevalidity of such person's claim, the administrator may pay such claim inaccordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 58-3934 et seq., andamendments thereto.
