      58-4111.   Reciprocal certification and licensure.If, in the determination of the board, another state hascertification and licensure requirements substantially equivalent to thoseof this state,an applicant who is certified or licensed under the laws of the other statemay obtaincertification or licensure under this act upon such terms and conditions asprescribed bythe board.
