58-4115. Certificate or license; number required, when.(a) Each certificate and license issued under authorityof this act shall include the classificationfor which the appraiser has qualified and shall bear the signature or facsimilesignature of the chairperson of the boardand a certificate or license number assigned by the board.
(b) Each state certified or licensedappraiser shall designate the appraiser's classification on any appraisalreport or in any contract or other instrument used by the appraiser inconducting real property appraisal activities and shall place theappraiser's certificate or license number adjacent to or immediately belowthe classification.
