58-4209. Same; manufactured home sales agreements, required contents.A manufactured home sales agreement required by this actshall:
(a) Be in writing;
(b) provide that the manufactured home dealer shall have authority to selland service the manufacturer's product;
(c) set forth the agreement of the parties by which the amount ofcompensation paid to the dealer for performing warranty work for themanufacturer is to be determined;
(d) provide for such continuing compensation to the dealer for performingwarranty work on the manufacturer's product sold by the dealer, if such work isperformed after termination, cancellation or nonrenewal of the salesagreement and during any period that the manufacturer's warranty extends to theproduct;
(e) provide that, except in the case of actual fraud, either party shallgive the other at least 30 days' written notice of its intent to terminate,cancel or not renew the sales agreement; and
(f) provide for the repurchase of the dealer's inventory by the manufacturerwho supplied such inventory in the event of termination, cancellation ornonrenewal of the sales agreement.
