59-2202. Contents of petition.Every petition in a probate proceeding shall state: (1) The name,residence, and address of the petitioner; (2) the interest of thepetitioner and his or her right to apply to the court; (3) the jurisdictionalfacts; (4) the facts, in ordinary and concise language, showing that thepetitioner is entitled to the relief sought; and (5) a prayer for relief.
