59-2245. Report of sale of personal property.Within thirty (30) days after any public or private sale of personal propertythe executor or administrator shall make due report thereof verified byaffidavit to the district court. Such report shall include proof of propernotice of such sale, if at public auction, and, if a clerk was employed forsuch sale, shall be accompanied by a sale bill signed by such clerk.
