Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 22.--PROBATE PROCEDURE

59-2254. Representation.Any beneficiary who is under legal disability, and also all possibleunborn or unascertained beneficiaries may be represented in a trustaccounting by living competent members of the class to which they do orwould belong, or by a guardian ad litem, as the court deems best.
