Chapter 59.--PROBATE CODE Article 22.--PROBATE PROCEDURE

      59-2255.   Hearing on account.The court shall, after hearing the petition, act upon the account, anddischarge the trustees if the account is an approved distribution account.The court may disapprove any account and surcharge the trustee for any losscaused by a breach of trust committed by the trustee.
