Article 2.--RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE

      60-267.   Rules by district courts.Each district court by action of a majority of the judges of the districtcourt may from time to time make and amend rules governing its practice notinconsistent with this article. Copies of rules and amendments so made byany district court shall upon their promulgation be furnished to thesupreme court. In all cases not provided for by this article, the districtcourts may regulate their practice in any manner not inconsistent with thisarticle and other rules prescribed by the supreme court.
