Article 24.--EXECUTIONS AND ORDERS OF SALE

      60-2407.   Levy on property claimed by third person.If the officer, by virtue of an execution issued from any court ofrecord in this state, shall levy the same on any goods and chattels claimedby any person other than the defendant, or be requested by the plaintiff tolevy on any such goods and chattels, the officer may, before proceeding,require the plaintiff to give him or her an undertaking with good and sufficientsureties to pay all costs and damages that he or she may sustain by reason of thedetention or sale of such property.
