Chapter 60.--PROCEDURE, CIVIL Article 31.--PROTECTION FROM ABUSE ACT

60-3109. Procedure.Except as otherwise provided in this act, any proceeding under this actshall be in accordance with chapter 60 of the Kansas Statutes Annotatedand shall be in addition to any other available civil or criminal remedies.
