      60-31b09.   Severability clause.If any provision of this act or its application to anyperson orcircumstance is heldinvalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications ofthis act which canbe given effect without the invalid provision or application. To this end, theprovisions ofthis act are severable.
