      60-609.   Change of venue.(a) Upon the motion of a party, a district court may transfer any civilaction to any county where it might have been brought upona findingthat a transfer would better serve the convenience of the partiesandwitnessesand the interests of justice.

      (b)   Inany action in the district court which is commenced pursuant to chapter60 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and in which itshall be made to appear that a fair and impartial trial cannot be had inthe county where the action is pending, for reasons other than thedisqualification of the judge, the court, upon application of eitherparty, may change the place of trial to some county where the objection doesnot exist.

      (c)   When all parties who are not in default agree and the agreementis approved by the court of original venue and the supreme court, a civilaction may be transferred to any county.
