      60-742.   Garnishee's failure or refusal to pay ordeliver property; motion; hearing; contempt; fine or order againstgarnishee.Ifafter the time the garnishee is to makepayment of fundsor property held under a garnishment, the garnishee fails or refuses to pay ordeliver propertyto the judgment creditor, the judgment creditor may file a motion and shallsend a copy of themotion to the garnishee and the judgment debtor in the manner allowed underK.S.A. 60-205, and amendments thereto.At the hearing on the motion, the court may find the garnishee incontempt andpunish the garnishee by a fine ormay enterjudgment against the garnishee for such amount as the court deems reasonableand proper, including the expenses and attorney fees of the judgment creditor.
