Article 31.--DISCOVERY

      61-3102.   Expenses on refusal to admit truth ofmatter requested.Ifa party to whoma request foradmission has been submitted denies under oath any matter requested, and thepartysubmitting the request later proves the genuineness of any document or thetruth of any matterof fact denied by the answering party, the party submitting the request may askthe court foran order requiring the answering party to pay the reasonable expenses incurredin makingsuch proof, including reasonable attorney fees. The court shall enter the orderunless the courtfinds that there were good reasons for the denial or that the admissions soughtwere of nosubstantial importance.
