61-3605. Order back procedure.Ifa judgment debtor appears pursuant to an orderfor a hearingin aid of execution, the court may order the debtor to return to court fromtime to time tofurnish current information under the procedure set forth inK.S.A. 61-3604, andamendments thereto.To avoidunnecessary filings, the court shall adopt a policy limiting the frequency withwhich thejudgment debtor may be ordered to return to court. Such policy shall providethat a judgmentdebtor who has made regular payments as agreed between the parties, or who isfound to bedisabled and otherwise unable to pay, shall not be required to return to courtmore frequentlythan yearly.
