Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 11.--REGULATION OF NURSING

      65-1153.   Temporary authorization topractice.The board may grant a temporary authorization to practice nurse anesthesia as aregistered nurse anesthetist: (a) For a period of not more than one year tograduates of a school of nurse anesthesia approved bythe board pendingresults of the initialexamination; or

      (b)   for the needed amount of time to complete theclinical portion of a refresher course; or

      (c)   for a period not to exceed 120 days.
