Article 14.--REGULATION OF DENTISTS AND DENTAL HYGIENISTS

      65-1453.   Taking of depositions.Depositions may be taken within or without the state of Kansas in themanner provided for by the code of civil procedure for the taking ofdepositions in matters pending in the district courts of this state. Saiddepositions shall be returnable to the clerk of the district court of thecounty wherein said hearing before the board is pending, and said clerkshall deliver said depositions to the board upon request, and saiddepositions may be opened by the parties to said proceedings the same as isprovided for in matters pending before the district courts. The districtcourt shall, upon request of any interested party in any proceeding beforethe state board, issue commissions for the taking of depositions in thesame manner as is provided for the issuance of commissions for the takingof depositions in matters pending before the district courts of this state.
