Article 14.--REGULATION OF DENTISTS AND DENTAL HYGIENISTS

      65-1460.   Penalties for violations.Any person who shall practice dentistry or dental hygiene in this statewithin the meaning of this act without having first obtained a license fromthe board, or who violates any of the provisions of this act, the penaltyfor which is not herein specifically provided, shall be deemed guilty of amisdemeanor. Anyone convicted of a misdemeanor under this act shall bepunished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or byimprisonment in the county jail for not more than twelve months, or by bothsuch fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
