65-1951. Same; moneys received by board deposited instate treasury;credited to state general fund and cosmetology fee fund.The board, the director or a person authorized by the boardshallremit all moneys received by or for it fromfees, charges or penalties to the state treasurer in accordance with theprovisions of K.S.A. 72-4215, and amendments thereto. Uponreceipt of each such remittance the state treasurer shall deposit the entireamount in the state treasury. Twenty percent of each such depositshall be credited to the state general fund and the balance shall be creditedto thecosmetology fee fund.
