Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 28.--HEALING ARTS

      65-2835.   Certificate of standing; application; fee.Any licensee shall receive, upon application to the boardand the payment of the required fee, a certifiedstatement that the licenseeis a duly licensed practitioner in the branch of the healing arts forwhich he or she is licensed in this state.
