65-28a10. Limitation on number of physicianassistants a responsible physician may direct and supervise.The board shall limit the number of physician assistants aresponsible physician may supervise at any one time to the equivalent of twofull-time physician assistants as approved in each case by the board. Anylimitation on the number of physician assistants in this section shall notapply to services performed in a medical care facility, as defined in K.S.A.65-425 and amendments thereto.
